3D LifeViz® recognized as the most objective means of evaluation for laser treatments in Nature Magazine Report
The publication, led by Dr Barbara Helena Barcaro Machado from Ruskin University, consisted in showing the correlation between IGAIS and WSRS scores (scores given by human experts) with the quantitative measurements done by the LifeViz® Micro + QuantifiCare’s software.
The LifeViz® Micro camera and its Dermapix® software were used to capture and measure data including changes in skin roughness, scar volume and wrinkle average depth.
48 patients presenting skin issues were assed before and after three months of laser resurfacing treatment with topical vitamin C application.
