What personal data do we collect?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone, country and specialty to be able to communicate with you on products or events that might interest you and to help improve your experience. We also collect your first name, last name and e-mail address as you submit your license information when installing our software.

When do we collect information?

How do we store your data?

QuantifiCare securely stores your data in south of France. Data is encrypted in a secured data center only accessible to authorized employees.

The data will be kept for up to three years after the last contact initiated by the physical person, or the end of the contract. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from all of our databases and workstations.

What are your data protection rights?

You may contact our data controller to exercise any of the rights you are granted under applicable data protection laws, which includes:

  1. The right to access – you have the right to request QuantifiCare for copies of your personal data.
  2. The right to rectification – you have the right to request that QuantifiCare correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request QuantifiCare to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  3. The right of erasure – you have the right to request that QuantifiCare erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  4. The right to restrict processing – you have the right to request that QuantifiCare restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We use regular Malware Scanning.
